Baby fever monitoring
Le Baby now let parents record temperature measurements during fever episodes. Loosing track of how a baby temperature evolves over the course of a couple of days is very easy, especially if nights are bumpy.
With its dedicated entry, Le Baby can make storing measurements a breeze, and will contextualise them with all the other entries such as bottle feeding, breast feeding, sleep or diaper changes. Having them side by side can provide additional insight if the fever’s origin isn’t as clear as teething for example.
Swiping the screen up and down will adjust the temperature value. For finer precision, it’s possible to tap above and below the level and progress by 0.1 degree steps. All the other cursors – for bottle feeding, breastfeeding or weight – have the same precision behaviour.
To save parents the trouble of doubting their calculation abilities in the middle of the night, Le Baby will show the temperature difference from the last record just below the new value they are adding.
And while we’re talking about calculations, let's clear any doubt for parents in the US: we got you, Le Baby will show Fahrenheit by default if your iPhone’s region is set to the United States! For couples were both Celsius and Fahrenheit are used, a single tap on the record value switches from one unit to the other so everyone can be at ease with their habits. This works for bottle volumes and weight too!
The temperature entry is available for free when installing La Baby, as 100% of the other features. Le Baby will only ask you to pay when you’ve added more entries than you need to figure out if this app is for you or not.
